Brooke Manor commenced on the 11th of March 2022 and was handed over on the 31st of March 2023 meeting the timelines provided by the client. Brooke Manor was incepted as a rental scheme due to the current market conditions and proved to be the correct decision based on the ever-growing interest as the project reached conclusion. During the course of the project there were numerous challenges including the construction of a retaining wall along the northern perimeter of the site which affected the commencement of construction of both blocks B and C by 4 months, 44 days of rain was the next inhibitor. Even with the challenges, the team managed to pull back the affect of the delays by accelerating the structure which inevitably allowed for sufficient time for the internal finishes to be completed. Brooke Manor proved itself to be a worthy challenge and an exciting new concept that will surely be used again.
