Alterations to the existing Golden Walk Shopping Centre comprising of demolitions, bulk earthworks and concrete raft foundations. Building works to phase 1 & 2 , structural steel roofs, additional shops, taxi rank, plant rooms, loading bays and the re-tiling of the existing mall.

All works were executed whilst the mall remained operational allowing continued trade and full access to the public. All alternations and additions were completed within the correct timeframes.
