This is a local shopping centre built on grade. The centre had 18000m2 gross lettable area with a footprint of 22000m2. Parking, service yards and roads (52000m2) were additional to this area. The project commenced on and was completed on time in September 2008.

This centre was constructed using tilt up precast concrete walls which were structural components supporting the roof and structural wall. The construction commenced end January 2008 and opened 29 September 2008.
